Wishing You a Wonderful Holiday Season

It has been a momentous year of hardship and isolation for everyone. In light of Covid-19, we have come together and seen the goodness and strength we all are capable of sharing. We hope as we move into a new year we all get to enjoy that kindness with less worry and fear. From all of us here at MTRI, we wish you and yours a warm, loving and safe holiday season.

Upcoming Winter Science Conference

 

MTRI Winter Science Conference 2021

We will be hosting our annual science conference this February 2021. The theme will be Climate Change at the Local Level: Understanding and Addressing the Crisis.

In the face of COVID-19 restrictions, we will meet using Zoom, over three separate mornings. Sessions will include plenary talks, oral presentations, poster presentations, and small group discussions focused around topics such as community action, youth engagement, impacts on biodiversity and the environment, and climate change mitigation.

Everyone is welcome to participate! A call for oral and poster presentations will follow in the new year.
